In the UK, when Easter arrives, children believe that the Easter Rabbit hides the eggs in the garden to find as part of an “egg hunt”. You can find chocolate eggs or chicken eggs. The last ones are painted and decorated to give as presents.

Easter eggs and Easter Rabbit are tradition not only in Britain. This tradition goes back to the 19th century.

Before the Easter holidays, the students of the 1st and 2nd grade worked Easter vocabulary in English.

EASTER EGGS = OUS DE PASQUA

EASTER RABBIT = CONILL DE PASQUA

Then, we made a bookmark corner. Each one elaborated his, following the steps that the teacher explained, and then they decorated it freely. Some made rabbits, other eggs, other chicks, other spring gardens ... Here you can see some photos.
